Why we exist
Immigration is a legal process. Moving your whole life is something else entirely.

Most people arrive at our door somewhere between excitement and exhaustion. There is a job offer, a university place, a partner in another country, or simply the decision that it is time.
Then come the forms, the appointments, the translations and the waiting, usually in a language that is not your own.
Our work is to take that weight off you. We look at your situation honestly, tell you what is realistic, prepare your file properly and stay with you until you are settled.
What we do
Five ways we help people move, work, study and stay.
Every case starts the same way, with a conversation about where you are and where you want to be.
Immigration & Relocation
Choosing a residence route is only the beginning of a move. We map the whole relocation with you, from the first application through to the day your registration is done and your family is properly settled. From the outside it looks like a single decision; in practice it is fifty smaller ones, taken in a particular order.
- Residence route assessment
- Permit applications & document files
- Family reunification
- Arrival, registration & renewals
Visa & Passport Services
Short-stay and long-stay applications, prepared carefully and submitted on time.
Work Abroad
Taking up work in any country in the world, with the permissions that make it legal.
Study Abroad
Where to apply, an application file that stands up to scrutiny, and permission to stay.
Citizenship & Naturalisation
How your years abroad add up towards permanent residence, and what each stage asks.
Who we work with

Moving alone or with children, planned so everyone arrives together.

Professionals
You have the offer. We handle the permissions that let you take it up.

Students

Entrepreneurs
For people building something in a country they were not born in.

Meet Elena Diachenko
I have crossed these borders myself. That is why I do this work.
Elena was born in 1985 in Shevchenko, Kazakhstan, and moved to Russia in 1994. She graduated from South Ural State University, with student exchanges in Europe and the United States, and lived and worked in Ukraine for several years.
In 2021 she moved to Poland, helping immigrants from many countries through legalisation. In 2023 she moved again, to the Netherlands, where she now practises and is raising three children.

Our mission
Help people pass the immigration path comfortably, and without stress.
Unchanged in seventeen years of practice.
How we work
Four steps, and you are never left guessing which one you are on.
Free consultation
We listen to your situation, answer your first questions and tell you honestly what is realistic. No cost, no obligation.
Personal strategy
You receive a clear plan: the route we recommend, what it requires of you, the documents involved and the likely order of events.
Documents & applications
We prepare and check your file, keep track of appointments and deadlines, and deal with the correspondence so you do not have to.
Arrival & beyond
Support does not end at the border. We stay with you through registration, renewals and the next steps of your status.

Seventeen years of files, flights and fresh starts
Why Quality Immigration
Four reasons people stay with us from first call to residence card.
Lived experience
Elena is an immigrant herself, several times over. Kazakhstan, Russia, Ukraine, Poland, the Netherlands. She has stood in the queues she prepares you for.
Truly multilingual
We work with clients in English and Russian, and this website is published in ten languages, so nobody has to make a life decision in a language they only half understand.
Worldwide reach
We are based in the Netherlands but our cases are not. Clients move to and from Europe, Eurasia, Africa, North and South America.
Tailored guidance
No templates. Your plan is built around your documents, your family, your timing and your budget, and it is revised when your circumstances change.

Common questions
Before you get in touch
How does the free consultation work?
You tell us where you are now, where you would like to be and roughly when. We ask questions, explain the options we can see and say plainly whether we are the right people to help. It takes place online or by phone, costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Which countries do you work with?
We are based in the Netherlands and work on cases across Europe, Eurasia, Africa, North and South America. Because requirements differ from country to country, the first thing we do in a consultation is confirm what is possible for your specific origin and destination.
Which languages can we speak in?
We work with clients in English and Russian. This website is published in ten languages, so you can read about your options in your own language before you ever speak to us.
How long does an immigration process take?
Honestly, it depends. Timelines are set by the authorities of the destination country and vary with the route you take, the completeness of your file and the season. We will not quote you a number we cannot stand behind. In the consultation we assess your case and give you a realistic range, then keep you updated as it moves.
How do I start?
Send us a short message through the contact form, or write to info@quality-immigration.com. Tell us your current country, your destination and what you are trying to achieve. We will come back to you to arrange your free consultation.
