About Quality Immigration

Seventeen years, four countries, one mission.

Quality Immigration is led by Elena Diachenko, an immigration expert who has crossed these borders herself. What follows is her story, and the reason we work the way we do.

Elena Diachenko

I am the head of Quality Immigration, an immigration expert, and an immigrant myself.

I did not choose this work from a distance. I have packed a life into boxes, waited for decisions that were out of my hands, and started again in a language that was not my own. I know the particular tiredness of a person who is doing something brave and being asked for one more document.

Today I live in the Netherlands, where I am raising three children and working with clients across Europe, Eurasia, Africa and the Americas. More than seventeen years of practice sit behind every conversation I have. So does the memory of being on the other side of the desk.

My mission has not changed since the first case I ever took: to help people pass the immigration path comfortably, and without stress.

The journey

A map drawn by living it, not by reading about it.

Each move taught something the textbooks leave out: what the queue really feels like, which document nobody warns you about, how long a family can hold its breath.

  1. 1985

    Born in Shevchenko, Kazakhstan

A Soviet port city on the Caspian Sea, and the first of several places Elena would call home.

  2. 1994

Moved to Russia with her parents

A childhood move across a border that had only just become one. The first lesson in how quickly a life can be relocated, and how much paperwork follows it.

  3. University years

South Ural State University, with exchanges in Europe and the USA

Student exchanges took her across Europe and to the United States, her first experience of arriving somewhere as a foreigner by choice rather than by circumstance.

  4. Several years

    Living and working in Ukraine

Years of building a professional life in a country that was not the one on her birth certificate, and of learning how residence, work and family status fit together in practice.

  5. 2021

    Poland

Another move, and the beginning of the work as it exists today: guiding immigrants from many different countries through legalisation, one file and one family at a time.

  6. 2023

    The Netherlands

Elena moved again, to the country where she now lives and practises, working internationally with clients wherever they are moving to or from.

What we stand for

Nobody should have to make the biggest decision of their life in a language they only half understand.

Quality Immigration is deliberately small and deliberately personal. You speak to the person handling your case, not to a queue. We are not a law firm and we do not pretend to be one: we are experienced immigration consultants who prepare your file properly, explain every stage in plain language, and tell you the truth about what is likely.

Four principles decide how we work, and they are the reason clients stay with us from the first call to the residence card.

Honesty about what is realistic

If a route is unlikely, you will hear it from us in the first conversation, not after months of fees. We guide and prepare. We never promise an outcome that belongs to an authority.

Guidance built around you

No templates. Your plan follows your documents, your family, your timing and your budget, and it is revised whenever your circumstances change.

Multilingual support

We work with clients in English and Russian, so that nothing important is lost between you, us and the authorities.

With you until you are settled

Support does not stop when the decision letter arrives. Registration, renewals and the next stage of your status are part of the same conversation.

Seventeen years of files, flights and fresh starts

17+Years of experience
1000+Satisfied clients
500+Visas processed
