How does the free consultation work?
You tell us where you are now, where you would like to be and roughly when. We ask questions, explain the options we can see and say plainly whether we are the right people to help. It happens online or by phone, costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
How quickly will you reply?
Within one to two business days. Elena reads the enquiries herself, so replies come from the person who would handle your case rather than from a call centre. If your message arrives over a weekend or a public holiday, it will be answered on the next working day.
Which languages can we speak in?
Consultations take place in English or Russian, whichever you are more comfortable with. Write to us in either language and we will answer in the same one.
